• Your Stripe account ID and email address
• Order and transaction data related to chargebacks and disputes

• Payment method details (card type, last 4 digits) for dispute evidence

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Detect chargebacks on your connected Stripe account
• Gather evidence to build dispute rebuttals
• Generate AI-powered responses to fight chargebacks on your behalf
• Submit evidence to Stripe for dispute resolution
• Calculate and collect success fees for won disputes
• Display your dispute statistics in the ChargeWon dashboard

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

• Stripe — to process dispute evidence submissions and collect fees
• Anthropic — to generate AI-powered dispute rebuttals (transaction data only, no personal credentials)

Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure OAuth authentication, and encrypted database storage. We never store your Stripe password or full payment credentials.

Data Retention

We retain your dispute and transaction data for as long as your account is active. If you uninstall ChargeWon, we will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect your Stripe account at any time
• Uninstall ChargeWon from your Shopify store at any time
